How to Apply for Membership

Applying for membership at Moyola Park Golf Club is quick and straightforward. You can choose to complete the application digitally or using a printed form.

Option 1: Complete the Form Digitally (Recommended)

1. Download the Membership Application Form above.
2. Open the form on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
3. Complete all required fields directly on screen.
4. Save the completed form.
5. Email the form to moyolapark@btconnect.com

Option 2: Print and Return the Form

1. Download and print the Membership Application Form.
2. Complete the form clearly in block capitals.
3. Return the completed form by:
   • Handing it in to the Club Manager’s Office, or
   • Posting it to:

     Manager’s Office

     Castledawson
     BT45 8DG

What Happens Next?

Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by the Club. If any additional information is required, a member of the team will contact you directly.
